Juste au bord de l'eau \u00e0 Olh\u00e3o, en face des march\u00e9s municipaux historiques, N24 Tapas occupe un espace tiss\u00e9 dans l'histoire culinaire de l'Algarve.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Le b\u00e2timent se trouve \u00e0 l'endroit o\u00f9 se rencontraient autrefois les traditions romaines, musulmanes et portugaises de p\u00eache et de salaison, \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 cette partie de l'Algarve vivait au rythme du commerce du sel. \u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur, les murs portent encore cette histoire, impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s de sel et encadr\u00e9s d'arches en pierre qui faisaient autrefois partie des anciens entrep\u00f4ts de salaison.<\/p>

Ces m\u00eames arches longent aujourd'hui tout notre bar et notre rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, accueillant tapas et cocktails \u00e0 la place du poisson sal\u00e9. C'est chose rare, un restaurant construit litt\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de sa propre histoire, o\u00f9 chaque mur raconte une histoire plus ancienne que le menu lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Le propri\u00e9taire Bart r\u00e9unit des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ne se croisent pas d'habitude, et pourtant, ici, ils se rencontrent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

N24 s'inspire du parcours m\u00eame de Bart, fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par les saveurs capverdiennes, un format de tapas international, et des ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es derri\u00e8re des bars \u00e0 Londres et \u00e0 New York. Ce m\u00e9lange se retrouve partout, des \u00e9pices d'un plat \u00e0 l'\u00e9quilibre d'un cocktail.<\/p>

Une combinaison comme celle-ci pourrait facilement sembler d\u00e9cousue, mais chez N24, elle s'assemble avec coh\u00e9rence, un seul et m\u00eame instinct qui traverse la cuisine, le bar et le rooftop au-dessus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de sel jusqu'au lounge du rooftop, chaque niveau a son propre rythme.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Au-dessus du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e s'ouvre un rooftop \u00e0 trois niveaux, o\u00f9 repas et cocktails se d\u00e9gustent avec une vue directe sur le march\u00e9 historique et la rue en contrebas. Chaque niveau change l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d'ambiance, de l'effervescence de la terrasse inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l'air plus calme des \u00e9tages sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>

Tout en haut, un coin salon plus doux attend les soir\u00e9es plus lentes, celles faites pour s'attarder. Qu'il s'agisse d'un rendez-vous, d'un d\u00eener entre amis, de musique live ou d'un cocktail tardif sous le ciel de l'Algarve, l'espace s'adapte \u00e0 celles et ceux qui l'occupent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
