Mesmo \u00e0 beira-mar de Olh\u00e3o, em frente aos mercados municipais hist\u00f3ricos, o N24 Tapas ocupa um espa\u00e7o entrela\u00e7ado com a hist\u00f3ria gastron\u00f3mica do Algarve.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

O edif\u00edcio situa-se onde outrora se encontraram as tradi\u00e7\u00f5es romanas, mu\u00e7ulmanas e portuguesas de pesca e salga, numa altura em que esta zona do Algarve vivia e respirava o com\u00e9rcio do sal. L\u00e1 dentro, as paredes ainda carregam essa hist\u00f3ria, cobertas de sal e emolduradas por arcos de pedra que outrora fizeram parte dos antigos armaz\u00e9ns de salga.<\/p>

Esses mesmos arcos percorrem hoje todo o nosso bar e piso t\u00e9rreo, guardando tapas e cocktails em vez de peixe salgado. \u00c9 algo raro, um restaurante constru\u00eddo literalmente dentro da sua pr\u00f3pria hist\u00f3ria, onde cada parede tem uma hist\u00f3ria mais antiga do que o pr\u00f3prio menu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

O N24 inspira-se no pr\u00f3prio percurso de Bart, moldado pelos sabores cabo-verdianos, por um formato internacional de tapas, e por anos passados atr\u00e1s de bares em Londres e Nova Iorque. Essa mistura est\u00e1 presente em todo o lado, desde o tempero de um prato at\u00e9 ao equil\u00edbrio de um cocktail.<\/p>

Seria f\u00e1cil uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o como esta parecer dispersa, mas no N24 tudo se junta de forma coerente, um \u00fanico instinto que percorre a cozinha, o bar e o rooftop acima deles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cada n\u00edvel muda ligeiramente de ambiente, desde a anima\u00e7\u00e3o do terra\u00e7o inferior at\u00e9 ao ar mais calmo l\u00e1 em cima.<\/p>
