This website does not collect personal data directly. When you make a reservation, your name, contact details, and reservation details are collected on our behalf by our reservation partner, DISH, which processes that information to manage your booking. Should we introduce additional tools in the future, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used, this policy will be updated to reflect what is collected and why, before that data collection begins.

The legal basis for processing your reservation data is the performance of a contract, since making your booking is the service you are requesting from us.

Your data is shared only with DISH, acting as our processor for reservations, and is not sold or shared with anyone else.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and to object to how it is used, and you can exercise any of these rights by contacting us using the details above.

Please see our separate Cookie Policy for details on the cookies used on this site.

We may update this policy from time to time, and the date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page.
